Result

Intellezy successfully converted Jewish Vocational Service’s (JVS) Job Search Accelerator (JSA) Program into eight engaging modules for the 360Learning platform, JVS’s learning management system (LMS). JVS was very pleased with the services Intellezy provided.

Background

JVS is a nonprofit, San Francisco-based workforce development organization that helps individuals gain skills, education, and meaningful employment. For over 40 years, JVS has been delivering in-person classroom training. JVS wanted to offer their JSA Program, which was historically delivered via a 2-week in-person training program, through an asynchronous blended model of delivery. This involved building out and converting JVS’s training content into a format that could be uploaded into and delivered on 360Learning, their LMS platform. Having a one-person L&D team left JVS without sufficient resources to build out and convert their materials onto the platform.

Objectives

JVS made a commitment to scale their work while holding true to the high-quality programming they continue to provide. Intellezy needed to ensure that their existing training material was converted into engaging, interactive courses on 360Learning in order to encourage collaboration between the instructor and JVS clients, as well as among the cohort participants themselves. There was also a great deal of trepidation about making such a big change to an important program that was the foundation for many other modules.

Solutions

Intellezy worked with JVS to establish clear learning outcomes and identify what objectives would help meet these outcomes. Our team conducted a comprehensive audit of JVS’s training content and materials, including slides, graphics, instructor notes, course guides, and more, to identify gaps in content that needed to be bridged. The Intellezy team then established an outline and conducted a program mapping exercise to identify all of the 360Learning modules that would need to be created, providing JVS with module storyboards and a development timeline for completion.

Intellezy helped bring JVS’s content to life, redesigning many graphics and other visuals to improve accessibility and match JVS branding. Our team also drafted scripts and produced professional videos at its in-house studio for inclusion in the 360Learning JSA modules. The team then uploaded all content into the 360Learning platform, creating and delivering a total of eight different modules, many of which had several parts.

Throughout the process, Intellezy had many scoping calls and check-ins with the client, working closely with JVS’s Director of Learning to ensure all goals were met.
