Background
The client is a healthcare organization that has two locations and consists of a network of more than 70 cardiovascular specialists and 60 clinics across Oklahoma. The client had 3,000 individuals that needed on-demand training for Microsoft 365 delivered in a brief but engaging “microlesson” format. Prior to using Intellezy’s training video content, the client did not deliver web-based training at all and only conducted in-person training when it was absolutely necessary. However, the client found that delivering in-person training was costly, time-consuming, and difficult to coordinate.
Objectives
The client needed to train and upskill their busy staff on a range of Microsoft 365 software to improve efficiency and drive productivity. Because of the demanding nature of staff members’ roles, they did not have a lot of time to dedicate to long, in-person training sessions. The client sought to deliver brief, focused, and engaging Microsoft 365 training that would enhance their team’s skillset on the software suite.
