Intellezy Video Enables Partner's MS Office Certification Training

Intellezy’s expertly designed Microsoft Office video content allowed a long-term partner to offer an online Microsoft Office Specialist certification training program to its individual customers. The video content that makes up this certification training program has been utilized extensively, with more than 500,000 views of this content per year.
Background
The partner is a leader in online healthcare and IT certification training, with state-of-the art programs focused on in-demand careers and applicable job skills. This partner offers over fifty healthcare, IT, and professional development certification training programs. These training programs are nationally recognized by accredited credentialing agencies and national employers.
The partner wanted to provide training programs focused on more broadly applicable skills to augment their vocational training programs. In particular, the organization wanted the ability to offer an online training program that would prepare students for a Microsoft Office Specialist certification exam in the software program of their choice, but they did not have the video content needed to create such a program.
Objectives
In addition to their existing programs, the partner wanted to offer a certification training program for Microsoft Office software that included comprehensive courses on Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access, among others. The partner needed to be able to deliver these courses directly to end users through their online learning management system (LMS).
Microsoft Training Video Package
Intellezy’s Microsoft Office video courses were a perfect fit based on the organization’s requirements. Intellezy’s wide range of Microsoft training video content includes multiple course levels based on proficiency (beginner, intermediate, and advanced), presented in a succinct and engaging “microlesson” format and featuring on-screen instructors that provide a face-to-face learning experience. Consistently refreshed based on the latest software updates, these courses are available in 20 languages through on-screen captions, making them appropriate for many students around the world.
A package containing the files of our Microsoft Office training video content was provided to the partner in a universal format (SCORM), allowing them to upload Intellezy’s video courses directly to their LMS and keep the content up-to-date with little or no further effort on their part. The partner structured Intellezy’s Microsoft courses into a 7-week online certification program that featured additional support services provided directly by our partner to their end users. Individual customers are able to access the partner’s online LMS and enroll in the Microsoft Office Specialist certification training program, with these individuals having the option to pay tuition for the program either up-front or in monthly installments.
