Through ten practical lessons, participants will explore how to clean up spreadsheets, prepare them for printing, and create compelling visualizations that enhance data comprehension. The course begins with Find and Replace, a powerful feature for correcting inconsistencies and standardizing data across large datasets. Learners then move into print preparation, mastering layout options, scaling, margins, headers, and frozen rows to ensure clarity and professionalism in printed documents. The course also covers spreadsheet settings, including locale and time zone adjustments, which are crucial for accurate formatting of dates, times, and currency. Participants will learn how to finalize and export their work, whether by printing, saving as a PDF, or emailing and downloading in various formats. The course emphasizes collaborative sharing, showing how to manage permissions, publish to the web, and control access levels. A major focus is on data visualization.
