This course builds on foundational ChatGPT skills and is designed for learners who want to use the platform more intentionally, efficiently, and at greater scale. The focus shifts from individual interactions to organizing work, managing complexity, and creating repeatable workflows using ChatGPT’s more advanced features. Learners will explore how to work with Canvas to create, edit, revise, and share longer pieces of content without losing context or version clarity. The course also introduces branching conversations, enabling learners to explore alternatives, revisions, or different approaches while preserving earlier work. A significant portion of the course is dedicated to Projects, showing learners how to group related chats, files, and content into structured workspaces that support longer-running or multi-phase efforts. In addition, learners will be introduced to custom GPTs, including how to explore existing GPTs, create their own for specific use cases, and manage or update them over time. The course emphasizes thoughtful decision-making around customization, helping learners recognize when a custom GPT adds value and when simpler approaches are more effective. Throughout the course, learners will examine best practices for organization, sharing, and governance, including limitations and responsibilities associated with advanced features. By the end of the course, learners will be able to design and maintain structured, repeatable workflows in ChatGPT that support complex work while maintaining clarity, quality, and control.
